Our process
With decades of experience, we’ve nailed down our process.
While every project is different, what doesn’t change is our honesty and transparency. We keep you updated at every stage, prepare properly and plan thoroughly, so projects run smoothly, stay on track and are delivered exactly as promised.
Here’s what our event production process looks like:
Brief
You know your business, audience, and goals inside and out. It’s our job to listen, ask questions and challenge where it helps. That way, we fully understand what you need and what success looks like before any ideas move forward.
Proposal
We take your must-haves and nice-to-haves and shape them into a clear, creative direction. At this stage, you’ll see moodboards, budget breakdown and realistic timelines. If you’re happy to move forward and issue a PO, we move into detailed development.
Planning
This is where we get into the details. Venue visits. Stakeholder coordination. Technical drawings. Structural calculations. Logistics. Health and safety. Scheduling.
We finalise what your build will look like, what it will be made of, how it will be built and what happens to it afterwards. Down to the last screw, bolt and cable tie.
This stage is how we remove risk and prevent surprises (at least the bad kind).
Production
Now we build. From fabrication to scenic finishes, we take great pride in every piece we create. But for us, it’s the final touches and attention to detail that set the work apart. Each element needs to feel considered and tell a story for the space to feel truly immersive.
Delivery
Once ready, we pack it up, coordinate transport and manage timelines carefully. Everything arrives where it should, when it should.
Build
We work closely with site teams and communicate clearly. We’re self-sufficient, organised and know what we’re doing. The job always gets done as promised and on time.
The event
The set or immersive environment does what it’s built to do (and more).
De-rig
When it’s over, we pack down carefully and leave the site as we found it. Your set is then stored for reuse. If any parts or materials can’t be reused, they will be responsibly recycled or repurposed.
Debrief
Once you’ve come back down to earth after an amazing event, we sit down together to review the project and explore how we can make the next one even better.
