At DECORDIA, we design, build and install sets, immersive environments and decor for some of the biggest festivals, events and live experiences.
We often work with festivals, concerts, brands, live experiences and events.
We are based in Manchester, but we provide services across the UK and internationally, depending on the project.
We prioritise sustainability in everything we do, delivering big creative ideas in a way that doesn’t harm people or the planet. And we do this, without additional cost or complexity.
We’re also flexible with budgets. If costs are tight, but you still need to deliver and meet high expectations, we can definitely help.
We make your creative ideas work in the real world. The bigger and bolder, the better. And we do it
sustainably. So you get all the visual impact and the kind of experience people remember and share, without the environmental cost.
Of course. You can see a selection of case studies here.
We’ve worked with festivals including Snowbombing, Boardmasters, Kendal Calling, Truck, Tramlines, Festival no.6 and TRNSMT.
Beyond festival sites, we’ve partnered with brands such as The Ivy, VOXY, New Balance, Amazon music and the London Marathon.
Yes, all of our sets, installations, props and decor are custom-built. That way, we can make sure they’re on brand, on brief and in budget, helping you achieve your objectives.
You can find a snapshot of the full process here. But in short, you give us a call, we take your brief and pull together a proposal. Once you’re happy, we get you booked in and work closely with your team to refine the scope, before building, delivering and installing what you need. We keep you updated and in the loop at every step of the process.
Yes. We can take a project from start to finish, from brief to production, delivery, build and de-rig.
We deliver full-scale installations or support individual elements within a wider project. We’re also comfortable stepping in mid-project and getting up to speed quickly.
Sustainability is our non-negotiable, so when you work with us, it comes as standard.
We do this not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it often saves you money. And we know how to do it without compromising on creativity or visual impact.
That means we think beyond how something looks. We consider how it’s designed, how it’s made and what happens afterwards.
Every detail of your project is planned down to the last bolt and screw. That allows us to design out waste during production, make better use of what we already have, buy only what we need and plan for reuse from the start.
No. We’ve been delivering standout creative work sustainably for over a decade, and we know how to do it without increasing costs.
In fact, because we plan smart, design out waste and plan for reuse, working sustainably can often save you money.
It depends on the size and scale of what’s needed. But honestly, the sooner the better.
The earlier we’re involved, the more value we can add. It gives us time to shape the concept, bring in the right team and plan everything thoroughly.
Absolutely. Tight deadlines do come with parameters, of course. But after decades of working in live events, we’re used to problem-solving and making things happen.
Yes. Alongside this core team, we work with a trusted network of designers, builders, artists, and site crew.
This means we shape the team around the project, not the other way around. So you have the right people and the right skills in the room from day one.
The projects we work on typically range from £5,000 to £250,000. But whatever the budget, we’re good at making it work hard.
Yes, we can. In some ways, a fixed budget makes things easier, as we know exactly where we stand from the start.
We’re also very open and transparent about costs, breaking everything down, explaining alternatives and helping you make informed decisions.
You don’t need to worry. Scope changes happen. We understand that live projects evolve, and we’re flexible and collaborative when they do.
If adjustments are needed or new elements added, we’ll be honest about what’s possible and if/how it will affect the budget or timeline.
We take health and safety seriously. In fact, we’ve been commended within the industry for our thorough approach. It’s planned and budgeted for from the very start. That means fewer surprises and far less risk further down the line.
Yes. We are fully insured, with comprehensive employer and public liability cover. If you need further details, just ask.
